3. Student Accounts & Enrollment
When you apply for admission or create a student account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false academic records or identity information constitutes a severe breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate termination of your enrollment and possible legal action.
Important Notice
You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your student portal password and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials.
4. Academic & Platform Conduct
You may not access or use our services or campus facilities for any purpose other than your legitimate educational advancement.
5. Disclaimers
While we strive to provide the best educational support, your use of our service is at your sole risk. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
We do not guarantee that:
- Enrollment guarantees passing grades (success depends on student effort).
- Third-party university boards will not change their guidelines abruptly.
- Our online portals will be 100% uninterrupted during peak examination times.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OM GROUP OF INSTITUTION, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our educational services or website.
7. Termination & Rustication
We may terminate or suspend your student account and admission immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service, fail to pay requisite fees, or engage in severe academic misconduct.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any major administrative or academic changes by posting the new Terms on this page and notifying enrolled students via email or portal announcements.
